BTS Members RM, V, Jimin, and Jungkook Complete Military Service, Fans Anticipate Full Group Comeback

Members RM, V, Jimin, and Jungkook of BTS will sequentially complete their active military service in the army this week.

On June 7, their agency Big Hit Music officially stated, "RM and V will be discharged on June 10, followed by Jimin and Jungkook on June 11," expressing gratitude for fans' support during their military service.

This marks the completion of approximately 1 year and 6 months of active military service for BTS's youngest members, who enlisted in December 2023, and their return to civilian life. Regarding heightened interest and inquiries about the discharge schedule, the agency urged caution, stating, "No official events will be held on discharge day, and due to limited space at each discharge location, there is concern for safety. We request fans to refrain from visiting the sites."

Big Hit Music also added, "Please convey your welcoming and encouraging messages for RM, Jimin, V, and Jungkook through your hearts."

BTS's military service officially began with the oldest member Jin enlisting in December 2022, followed by J-Hope. Both Jin and J-Hope have already completed their service. Suga, currently fulfilling alternative service as a social worker, is scheduled for discharge on June 21.

By mid-June, all seven members of BTS will have completed their military obligations, raising anticipation among fans for the group's complete comeback. While continuing individual activities for now, BTS has hinted at various projects as a full group, drawing attention to their future plans.
