BTS J-Hope ended his four-month solo world tour journey by successfully finishing the final performance of the solo concert "HOPE ON THE STAGE" in Goyang.
On the 13th and 14th, the main stadium of Goyang Stadium was filled with shouts from 54,000 spectators. J-Hope performed an explosive performance based on a live band arrangement for three hours during the two-day performance.
In particular, the final performance, which was held on June 13, BTS's debut day, added special meaning.
J-Hope's cry, "We have prepared ambitiously for this performance. You will want to continue to be with me in the future," sent the scene into a frenzy.
Jin and Jungkook made a surprise appearance on the first day of the performance, impressing fans. Jin sang his solo song "Don't Say You Love Me," and Jungkook performed "Seven" on stage for the first time with J-Hope. In particular, the performance of "Jamais Vu," which was sung by Jin, Jungkook, and J-Hope, was even more meaningful as it was the first live performance since the online concert in 2020.
In addition, RM, Suga, Jimin, and V gathered at the concert hall to celebrate and support J-Hope's last stage.
On the second day of the 14th, singer Crush appeared as a guest, decorating the stages of "Rush Hour" and "Sweet Dreams" together, drawing cheers from fans.
J-Hope proved his musical growth and change on stage through his first solo album "Jack In The Box" and his recently released special album "HOPE ON THE STREET VOL.1."
In particular, the new song "Killin' It Girl" (feat. GloRilla), which was released on the 13th, was unveiled for the first time at the scene, capturing the audience's attention with a bold and sexy performance.
In the second half of the performance, various stage productions such as water cannons, fireworks, and lift bridges maximized the audience's immersion, and the flash wave using Army Bam was spectacular.
After finishing the concert, J-Hope said, "Now it's really the last one. If there's an end, there's another beginning. I'll dance, rap, and sing on stage to the extent that my body wears out," and greeted the fans with a tearful look.
J-Hope's "HOPE ON THE STAGE" tour began in February at KSPO DOME in Seoul, and performed 33 performances in a total of 16 cities in four months and drew a cumulative audience of 524,000.
Through this tour, J-Hope has clearly established his position as a global solo artist beyond just performers.
The final performance, which captures the connection with the audience, the sincerity of the music, and the love for the stage, was a stage that proved to be "more than a name."
