BLACKPINK's comeback as a whole is on the countdown.
YG Entertainment (hereinafter referred to as YG) announced on the 9th that Black Pink has started filming a music video for a new song since the 6th.
YG executive producer Yang Hyun-suk recently told the media that he will soon release a new song by Black Pink.
BLACKPINK will release a new song in about two years and eight months. "We are filming in Korea with a famous overseas director," said an official from YG.
An official said, "Another iconic music video will be created that focuses on BLACKPINK's identity and musical color," adding, "A special collaboration is underway to match BLACKPINK's status as a world-class artist."
Meanwhile, Blackpink will start its 31st world tour in 16 cities, including Los Angeles, Chicago, Toronto, New York, Paris, Milan, Barcelona, London, Kaohsiung, Bangkok, Jakarta, Bulacan, Singapore, Tokyo, and Hong Kong, starting with Goyang performances in July.
